Cooking, Camping, Hiking, Safety Merit Badges

Posted on Mar 23 2015 - 11:36pm

This month's troop meeting themes have included the basics skills you need to be in the outdoors.  With the camping season gearing up, now would be a good time to consider working on some of these Merit Badges by stopping by the troop library to check out the merit badge books and then asking the Scoutmaster for a Blue Card.  The Scoutmaster will provide you the names of BSA approved and trained Merit Badge Counselors you can pick from.

Remember, you should not meet with a merit badge counselor until you have a signed Blue Card and never one-on-one.
