Adam Bresson's eagle project starts out with passing fliers out for can donations on October 26th 1-5pm.  Then the pick up is on November 8th 9-12. Hope you can come.

The Court of Honor is the formal recognition of advancement.  Dress is Class A.  Order of the Arrow sashes and various BSA medals are worn.

All Scouts and family members are asked to attend.  Each Patrol has been assigned a food item for the after glow, please deliver items to the gym by 7:20.  If you are unsure of your assignment, contact your Patrol Leader or the Senior Patrol Leader.

Below is the schedule of events:

• 7:00 pm - Patrol Leaders meet to plan October's activities.
• 7:15 pm - Honor Patrol arrives to set up CoH
• 7:20 pm - Food items delivered to gym
• 7:30 pm - CoH starts
• 8:40 pm - After Glow (or directly after CoH ends)
• 8:40 pm - Scouts hold SPL elections

The Great Lakes Camporee is a few weeks away (Oct 17-19 at Kensington Metro Park) and Jordan has asked that all Scouts make an effort to attend all or part of the event.  In addition to all the fun and competition, the Troop hosts its annual Webelos Lunch.  In keeping with the car theme, Nathan is designing the campsite like a drive-in theatre, where scouts will watch a movie from their tents (instead of cars).   

If anyone is interested, two whalers games are hosting a scout night on November 7 and 8.  Please inform troop that you are going. It is $8 per ticket.

The Cedar Point trip is now departing on Saturday morning at 5:30 am from FUMC and returning Sunday afternoon.  Scouts will camp at Camp Sandusky and spend all day at Cedar Point on Saturday.
