Calling all Den Chiefs and Scout Leaders:

Due to recent positive feedback that we have received from the District Camporee, we are planning on attending some upcoming Pack meetings.  This is to recognize their attendance and interest in Boy Scouts.  Kristen has done a great job following up with many of the Packs that attended the event.  If you are able to attend to please sign up on line.  Below are the dates, locations and who is currently attending.  This is a great opportunity to connect with our local Packs encouraging these future Boy Scouts.

Re-chartering efforts continue.  Our goal was to have all paperwork and funds collected by 10/24 and we almost made it.  Thank you to all those that have completed their recharter.

There are only a few payments outstanding.  Monifa, Lynda, and Colleen have been doing a great job pulling all this together and we want to give them a break after 11/7.  

If you have not made rechartering payments by 11/7, your son may have a gap in service and will not be able to earn advancement until a new youth application and payment is processed - not our goal.  

Please contact either Monifa, Colleen, Lynda or myself now, click here to make your payment online, or bring your check to the Tuesday 11/7 meeting.

Sea Base just informed me that our adventure was not impacted by Irma.  Confirmed crew members next payment of $400 is now due.  Please make your payment to Lynda tonight through 10/24.
