Every rank from Tenderfoot to Eagle Scout includes a “duty to God” requirement.  Scouts tell how they have done their duty to God according to their faith and belief.  This could be a simple statement, but for Scouts belonging to any of the Protestant faiths, it could be by earning the Scouting Religious Emblem this Fall.  

St. Pauls is running two levels for Boy Scouts.  If interested, please contact David Tischler or Kristen Goodman.  Both levels will meet his next week.

• Grades 6-8 Mondays from 6:30pm - 7:30 in St. Paul School room 3
• Grades 9-12 Sundays from 9:45am - 10:45 in St Paul Youth House
  

Welcome back Troop and Crew 777.  The youth planning meetings are complete and the Troop dates are posted the to the calendar.  The Crew dates will be loaded later this week.  Click Here for a summary document.  

Each campout has been assigned to a Patrol to coordinate, we will need the adults of that patrol to help with logistics.  After we get going, we will also restart the short parent/committee meetings each Tuesday to let the parents know what the boys are doing and what adult help is needed.

Remember, the best way to keep up to date is to use the Calendar Sync feature to add the 777 calendar to your phone or outlook.  Sign-in to the website and click on Calendar Sync in the left menu panel. 

Our primary communication method is via the Tuesday morning eblasts that go to the primary email we have on file for Adults and Scouts.  Please provide Anne Felosak with any updates.

Hey 777, do you have a sister or brother between the ages of 14 - 20?  Venture Crew 777 is kicking off the new year and is looking for new members to share the fun with.  Invite them to attend an upcoming Crew meeting starting Sept 4th (Tuesdays) at 8:30.  Questions on joining, see Mr. Walker.

Be a part of the Michigan State Fair and Scouting!

On August 30, 31, September 1, 2, & 3 2018 the Michigan State Fair will take place again at the Suburban Collection Showcase in Novi.

Scouts will have a huge display again this year, we expect 5,000 visits to our display and need your help to show everyone what Scouts are about.  Last year, all 3 networks ran stories on our display, and we expect that same as we kick of Family Scouting!

We are looking for you to come and spend one or more 4-hour-blocks of time.

Entrance to the fair is free for those who work our display and wear a uniform.. For youth 11 - 21 we are looking for Boy Scouts, Venturers, Sea Scouts, and Explorers to come to help with the hands on displays.  Bring digital pics, pinwood cars...
