The Virtual Roundtable is a opportuntiy for all Leaders to attend this informational session on best practices and upcoming events.

We met as a committee on 3/16 and discussed the following concerning the program due to recent health concerns with Coronavirus/COVID 19.

• The church remains closed. 
• The  shakedown for West Point has been cancelled. 
• West Point has been cancelled.  Details on refunds will be available in the coming weeks.  
• Dorchester has been cancelled.
• The First Year Scout Skills Campout is currently planned for early June. 
• Virtual PLC meetings continue to be held.  They are from 7PM to 7:30PM. 
• Weekly Patrol meetings will begin on 3/31 from 7:30pm to 8:30pm until further notice. 
• Stay tuned for future meeting notices for Summer Camp, Northern Tier, Parent Meeting, Front Desk and New Parent Meeting for Scouts crossing over to Troop 777.  

A private Facebook group has been created for the parents and adult leaders of Troop/Crew 777 Northville. There you can share information, ask questions, etc. with other BSA parents. A great deal of information is shared from the MCC, the Ottawa District, and other BSA groups. The group can be found at https://www.facebook.com/groups/Troop777NorthvilleParents    

Sorry to inform everyone the Dorchester Campout has been cancelled in Canada this year due to the current circumstances.  They are planning for the event in 2021 already and during our planning meeting in the fall we can certainly put this one back on our calendar!
