Two 777 Leaders Receive OA's Highest Honor - Vigil

Posted on Aug 27 2021 - 3:58pm

At the Best of Ottawa event, David Tischler and Joe Walker were both informed of their Vigil level membership selection to the Order of the Arrow (Scouting’s honor society). Both were elected to the OA as youth and then earned Brotherhood as adult leaders of 777.

The Vigil Honor is the highest honor that the Order of the Arrow can bestow upon its members for service to lodge, council, and Scouting.

Similar to our recent Ordeal members, they will need to complete an OA Vigil weekend during the October 23rd Fall Fellowship campout at D-bar-A.

It would be great if all current 777 OA members also attend the fellowship weekend - more info to follow.
