Good  afternoon Troop / Crew 777

               During PLC we discussed supporting Toys for Tots in addition to having the Troop gift exchange on 12.20.  See details below. 

Drop off gifts at 919 Whitegate Drive Northville MI  48167.  Drop off dates will be Tuesday (12.13) at the meeting and Thursday or Friday (12.15 or 12.16) anytime during that day.  We will have a few gray storage totes beside our garage door and you can place the gifts in there!

• Target age is between 1 to 12 years old.  Something you would normally pickup in the toy isle at Target and/or Walmart.  Target price range is $10 to $20 for your donation.  Ultimately whatever you feel comfortable with. 
• Gifts would be new in box or wrapping (no used gifts please) and no need to wrap them.  Currently they do not need Barbies, Basketballs, Baby Rattles or Crafts.  However, all of the other options are open.  They will pair the gifts together so that things are distributed appropriately. 
• I will plan to deliver the gifts to the Northville Police Department on Saturday (12.17). 
• We won’t be meeting on (12.27) or (1.3).  I hope that everyone enjoys the holidays!

Popcorn News

Thank you to everyone that supported our popcorn sale this year. Our Troop earned over $3,900 and $3,300 of that is going right into Scout accounts. Great way to fund your adventures! I will bring all outstanding order items to the meeting on 11/22.

Our own Becky Wilson was nominated and selected to be honored by the Michigan Crossroads Council for being among the next generation of women leaders. 

Becky will be recognized at an event in Howell, Michigan on October 20th that includes a reception, award presentations, guest speakers, fellowship and fun. 

We thank Becky for her contributions to area Scouting and congratulate her for this well-deserved award.
